Wednesday Evening 27th May at 7p.m.
To be held online via ZOOM (Open to all paid members)
Items for the Agenda and nominations for Officers and Committee positions must be proposed and seconded in writing, to be received 14 days prior to the meeting, to the Hon Secretary.
No business shall be transacted at the Annual General Meeting unless notice appears on the agenda, except for routine matters or those which in the opinion of the Chair of the Meeting are urgent.
Please Note. Nominations for the Committee must be fully paid-up members of no less than 18 months standing and should be submitted in writing to the Secretary not less than fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting. Nominations for the Committee must be signed by two fully paid-up members who will act as proposer and seconder and be accompanied by a signed letter of consent confirming the person nominated is prepared to become an Officer or Committee Member.
Forms can be obtained from the Acting Hon. Secretary.
Vacancies are Chair, Treasurer, and there are Vacancies on the Committee.

Portuguese Podengo Club of G.B. Show 2025
Club Show returns for 2025
Following on from the success of the 2023 and 2024 Club Shows, we are returning to glorious Bath for 2025 - once again the Club Show is being held in conjunction with Bath Championship Show, giving you the chance to enter two shows in one day.
Our judge for the day will be Mrs Helen Kerfoot (Abydachs)
The format will be largely the same as previous years, with a few minor tweaks following lessons learned.
